10 years experience in HR and conflict resolution plus Nancy’s many years of work experience, in all walks of life, working with and understanding people have built a solid foundation for conflict resolution and is the core of her excellent mediation results.

With the Fresh Start Mediation team Nancy is guiding families through their separation & divorce, recognizing the need for accessible mediation to avoid legal processes, court, and excess costs. Also, Nancy is working as Caseflow Coordinator with Community Mediation Calgary Society (CMCS,) in their not-for-profit work within Calgary communities, helping neighbors & boards with disputes.

Nancy has her Qualified Mediator designation with the Alternative Dispute Resolution of Canada (ADRIC) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA) verifying that she has met the nationally and regionally set standards for training and experience as a mediator.
